Hi, I’m Ana.
I am an experienced psychologist dedicated to helping you navigate lives challenges and become the best version of yourself. I have 17 years experience working in mental health in various roles across Australia and New Zealand.
I know that life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and navigating these feelings on your own isn’t always easy. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can work through your experiences, build resilience, and find a sense of calm.
My areas of focus are anxiety, trauma, ADHD, sleep difficulties and borderline personality disorder. I draw on 16 years of experience to provide bespoke and engaging therapeutic experience. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches including Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Densitization Reprocessing (EMDR), self compassion and mindfulness. I integrate these approaches to address your unique needs and therapy goals
My intention for my clients is to leave therapy with a sense of calm, self confidence and the ability to approach life's challenges with a sense of balance and resilience.
